  • Computational biology, big data analysis, non-coding RNA and transcriptional regulation
    1. RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data analysis using robust quantification and normalization methods to understand transcriptional regulation.
    2. RNA splicing and expression analysis.
    3. Statistical analysis using R packages.
    4. Reproducibility analysis and quality control.
    5. Machine learning approaches (HMM, SVM, random forest, regression analysis).
